Some maintenance needed but clean. Bed was hard and fridge very noisy. Linen & towels excellent. For a non smoking room it stunk badly of cigarette smoke.

Good value for the price. There were only two of us but we could spread out our computers on tables etc and work comfortably. This unit could have slept 4-5 people or a family easily.Good kitchenette. Good for multiple tradies.

Lovely clean and comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed a 3 night stay in a 2 bedroom suite. Very friendly staff, spacious and well appointed property. Only a few minutes drive to many of the attractions in Warrnambool.

This place was very spacious for our needs. The spa bath was fantastic. The kitchen was equipped with enough of the basics that we could cook a meal or two. We would stay here again.
