I got bit up by bed bugs. I reported it to the property manager and nothing was ever done about it. I still have to receive my damage deposit.

I enjoyed my stay. Everything was amazing. I didn't get to use the pool but it seemed nice. Walls are a little thin is my only complaint. Other then that my friends and I can't wait for our next stay. Would recommend to everyone to stay.

When we checked in, we were informed that the elevator was not working and our room was on second floor. There were no rooms available on first floor. As two senior females, one with a mobility limitation, I expressed concern about getting our suitcases our room. The attendant offered to help and did carry up one suitcase but offered no compensation for the inconvenience.

Hotel was ok for the price. Stayed for a week and the elevator was out of service the whole time. Had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs. Also the breakfast was horrible. Food was old, dry and hard.

This hotel is extremely run down. It smells bad, the carpet in the building is badly stained and just not appealing. The elevator wasn’t working and of course my room was on the 3rd floor which was frustrating. Bed was super uncomfortable as well. People next to us were incredibly loud all night. Was not a good experience and I will most definitely never be back.
