Disappointing experience
Our recent stay at this so-called “5-star” hotel was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment we checked in, it was clear this place was not what we expected. Despite the luxurious branding, the experience was closer to a noisy budget hotel than a premium hotel. The most disturbing issue was the incessant, uncomfortable atmosphere that took over the hotel at night. The lobby, hallways, and even elevators seemed to become a gathering place for a very questionable crowd, with numerous encounters and transactions happening openly. The staff seemed indifferent to the situation, doing little to control the activity or ensure a family-friendly environment. The constant noise and disruptive behavior continued through the night, making sleep nearly impossible. The only bright spot was the food. Breakfast was excellent, and our dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious with a solid wine selection. Unfortunately, that was the only part of the experience that lived up to the five-star promise. The room itself was another letdown. While spacious, it was poorly maintained, with dust in corners, a stale smell, and subpar amenities that definitely didn’t live up to five-star standards. Overall, this was an uncomfortable, frustrating experience in a supposed luxury hotel that fell embarrassingly short. We would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality stay.
