Property was clean and while I arrived early and my room wasn't ready, they were happy to hold my luggage while I explored the city. The AC in the room didn't get very cold which annoyed me, but it eventually did cool down the room.

Great value.
Very good hotel overall. Close to Marriott / Hilton quality. Not outdated, in Warsaw city center. Clean rooms, nice bed and TV. Breakfast is great! Each floor has ironing room, water fountain with 3 options ( tap water / spring water / very spring water). In rooms it's a coffee/ tea packets and electric tea pot. No refrigerator, no safe box. Only one thing to make it better is just to add Shampoo and Conditioner option in bathroom instead of shower gel/ shampoo 2-in-1 option.

Stay was average but room was missing several basic amenities like a clock, tissues, fridge, conditioner. It lists laundry facilities but there are none at this hotel, which was a point of me choosing it. Room only had 3 pillows and no blanket. And only 2 thin towels. Shower drains slowly too but good water pressure.

This is my third visit and an extended stay at Ibis Styles Warszawa City, Poland. It is still my best choice, I was disappointed that the room this time was the smallest I ever had. I also had to nudge for the miny-fridge that typically is ready in the room. (for milk and Activia) I do not have to push to receive it. Other than these two, the roomkeep and service are great.

Buffet breakfast was outstanding. During the week breakfast is available from 7:00 to 11:00 AM. Hotel provides fancy bars and restaurant. I found an outstanding Korean restaurant just a few blocks away.

I stayed here for two nights in October 2022. There's a lot to like about this hotel. Nice spotlessly clean rooms. A great breakfast. Good location. My stay, however, was ruined the noise on the 3rd floor. The first night, another guest and I noticed a loud thumping coming from somewhere in the middle of the floor around 9.30pm at night. It was like a herd of elephants charging through the area and could be heard across the whole floor. We complained to reception and they said they would invesitage. The noise stopped shortly afterwards so I assumed it had been some mechanical problem that had been fixed. On the last morning of my stay - a Sunday - I was hoping to have a nice lie in only to be awoken by the loud thumping again at 7.30am. I rang reception to complain. This time the receptionist was completely unsympathetic, said that it was coming from the running machine in the gym and that I should just wait for it to stop. I went to the Fitness Room myself to see if that was indeed the source of the noise. It was and I had ask the guest to stop running. To give a sense of how loud the noise was, my room was in the middle of the floor and the fitness room was at one end. The guest who had also complained the first night was even further away from the fitness room than I was! When I checked out I complained again. The receptionist seemed to be fully aware of the problem and suggested that I should have been moved rooms but this was never offered to me. It should have been o
