I booked hotel in advance using Expedia website. Twin room for 2 nights meant to cost £200. When I arrived at the hotel they asked me to pay £300 and couldn’t explain to why price jumped by £100. Beds uncomfortable, there was only 1 pillow option (hard one). It’s summer and AC wasn’t working. At the checkout we wanted to leave suitcase at the hotel for a few hours but we found out there’s no space in luggage storage space. Overall I’ll never book Ibis hotel again.
