(1)All I wanted was cereal and orange juice for breakfast. There was no milk for the cereal and no orange juice. And (2) They need at least 2 persons running the front desk in the morning. There is only one person working the front desk and breakfast. They don’t have time to do both! It takes up too much time for the guests to check out and to wait for the breakfast food and supplies to be refilled. This happens every time we stay. The staff are very try hard to help the guest.

Not the best night's sleep

Very noisy hotel rooms. Paper thin walls meant that I was awake in to the wee hours listening to whatever my neighbor was watching on TV. Not a restful environment. The black out curtains allowed all the lights from the parking lot in at the sides.

What I didn't like was that there was 1 microwave for 20 people waiting in the line to heat up their frozen omelettes. It would be much better to have a chafing dish set up with the omelettes heating up inside. I also did not like the people laughing and carrying on below our bedroom window at 12:30am around the firepit because we could not sleep until I complained about it and someone smoke with them. What I did like was the hotel was clean, the bathroom and the rooms were spacious. The parking lot was safe and new and they had little dog treats set out. The decor was very nice in the lobby. There were a few certain lazy families who left all of their leftover food, waste, plates and cups behind all over the tables and just got up and walked away after breakfast as if they were at a restaurant and took it for granted that someone else would clean up after them and the garbage bins were right next to their tables so maybe the management needs to put up a sign telling people to clean up after themselves. I would stay here again but ask for a room away from the front door where the fire pit is.

Terrified experience with hotel and Exxxxpdia both paid online $300 for 1 room 1night and front desk also charge me by saying that it’s a security deposit for around extra $400. Since I have been calling and email to both Exxxpdia and hotel both are dying to refund one payment they charge you double with in expected amount. Staff said they don’t have manager who can talk over the phone. I’m on my vocation and these guys make it horrible experience for me and my family. why they are doing this kind of scams.

Small hotel located within driving distance of Letchworth State Park. Hotel staff was helpful. Tim Hortons is located right down the road if you need a quick bite to eat.

From the moment I walked into the lobby, I could tell it was going to be a great stay. Front desk lady was very patient and helpful. The room was super clean and had all the amenities I needed for my trip. The breakfast bar in the morning was ready by 6:00 (if not a bit earlier) 5 star all the way. I will definitely be looking for more Microtels to stay at in the future
