DAY ONE: Tried to check in, was in taxi, at 12:30. No answer on phone. He never sent instructions on how to get code, key. Had to check into another hotel. He would not refund and claimed no calls came to him. Finally reached him from the hotel, where I'd checked in, having no place to go,, but it was 1:45 now and he refused to give me the code to enter until exactly 2 PM. Told me never to call again after giving me the code. Day two, non-refundable prepaid, so had to use the reservation...,poor instructions sent, no map, had to find a map posted on one of the entrances, Inside apartment, which was clean, start and white, no instructions on how to set up wi fi until saw it on the door, no fire escape route posted, no instructions on how to set up TV or how to use air conditioner hand control. Washing machine actually in hall. Other Platinum apartments had an office in the compound, no office here. His rudeness and nastiness was uncalled-for. This person will NOT send code to your email address until exactly 2PM!
