Disappointing experience — not worth the price. The property is overpriced and doesn't live up to the hype. The room had several design flaws, including a poorly installed glass wall. The hot and cold water markings were incorrect, making basic use frustrating. Essential amenities were missing, and the staff interaction felt cold and indifferent. The in-room dining menu was extremely limited—almost non-existent. Would not recommend based on my stay.

What a fabulous hotel. Location is superb, breakfast buffet was outstanding, staff was friendly and helpful, and room was extremely comfortable. One of best hotel stays of our extensive European travels.

This is a beautiful hotel located in central Warsaw. There were a few things that were not perfect, so I felt it did not justify the pricing - such as soap that was mounted to high to use if using the bath tub and a room that showed signs that it had not been used recently (a bit dusty and rusty water).

Loved the location. A train from the airport gets you to a stop opposite the hotel in about 30 minutes. Reception lobby welcoming and grand. Grest selection of drinks available ftom the Lobby Bar. Great selection for breakfast.
