This hotel is very convenient for access to the airport, and the rooms were clean and in good shape. The one problem is that the door of the first room I got was stuck in the locked position - I had to call and get help to get out! and then couldn't get back in without help to get my bags. They were quick to respond and gave me a new room, but some room doors clearly needed maintenance!

I stayed at this property a number of times and always been satisfied. However, last night I called the front desk as there was loud, pounding music. They apologized and said they would change my rooms which we didn’t want due to the late hour, and the fact that we’re already in bed trying to go to sleep. He stated that there was a party going on and it would go until 2:00 in the morning. Thankfully, I was able to fall asleep pretty quickly. I would hate to have been on the first or second floors of that property. I have to wonder how smart a of business decision It is for them to allow such loud music so late at night.

This was booked for proximity to the airport which is the only box it ticks. The staff were unhelpful and slow and the charge for milk for tea in the room £11!! I’m really unsure how this hotel is 5 star given the property, amenities and staff however if you are looking for a basic somewhat overpriced hotel very close to the airport this is the one for you!
