Clean and friendly place to stay

The room was clean and appears to have been updated. The lady who was working thr front desk was friendly and helpful getting us checked in.

Did not like this property. No elevator so have to climb stairs all the time. No microwave in room. Found one downstairs in the back. No breakfast. No shades to keep light out in the morning. No view of the lake as ad shows. Too much money for this property!! Great location.

Great stay

Very comfortable beds and clean room. Staff was amazing. Deadbolt lock did not work so I informed them at checkout. They stated they would have maintenence look at it right away.

I had such a great stay! The beds were incredibly comfortable—it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and I really enjoyed the beautiful view. Check-in was quick and easy, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I’d definitely stay here again!

Staff were very kind and helpful. Room was clean and very convenient to get to from the parking lot. Onsite dining was a bonus and delicious! And, of course, amazing view!

Not the "First Class Experience" promised

Upon opening the door to our room we were met with the pungent smell of dog. I love dogs , but I don't want my room smelling like a wet one. The smoke detector on the ceiling was missing. Just wires hanging from the ceiling. The air conditioner would not cool the room. Set at 62 degrees and should have froze us out of there, but just never got cool. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work at all. For the amount of $$ that this place charged it fell well short of "First Class" I definitely will not return. On a positive note the restaurant across the way was outstanding!

It's nice that the property is on the lake and you can walk around the marina and looks at the boats. The restaurant at the property has average food and good cocktails. Unfortunately there was a faint urine smell in our room.

A Pretty Good Stay

It was a good experience overall and the front office staff were very nice. My mother did wish that a housekeeper would have come into the room to bring fresh towels and take out the old ones, but maybe not all hotels do that.

We had a pleasant stay, wish we had a microwave in our room, and maid service never came once out of the 4 nights we were there. We didnt spend much time at the hotel so didnt mind too much.
