Lobby was newly redone, no elevator so you take stairs where the carpet is coming off and the steps are falling apart (coming down you feel like you’re going to slip off). 2nd floor smelled like cigarette smoke. Our room was newly painted and redecorated but the floors were carpet and stained and very dirty. Bed sheets had stains. Bed was also very uncomfortable. We did not know you had to request housekeeping and there in nobody on the property between 10pm-6am so we did not get fresh towels and only had 1 roll of toilet paper. We won’t be staying again.

The virtual assistant was basically incomprehensible to my old auditory capabilities, sink in accessible room ready to fall off the wall, carpet was stained, couldn’t get the tv to open any channel, maybe because I’m too old?

The place was a little rundown. They need some upgrades but it did provide what we needed for a quick overnight stay. The bed was comfortable. Also, we were lucky that we got there when we did because apparently the front desk is only open for so long during the night and we might not of been able to check in.

Convenient location to nearby facilities. Lobby was clean. Multiple stains on carpet in room. Patch of spackling on ceiling was gone. Tv required login into personal subscriptions otherwise couldn’t use.

The first room I was booked into smelled like dog urine. They gave me another room and it was clean. No issues. Front desk was very nice. Hotel older but looks to have been renovated.
