I didn’t like that the concierge’s kept calling my room because the people next-door was complaining about me watching TV in the room I paid for and also it was Valentine’s Day. So if you didn’t wanna hear a noise, they should’ve came to a hotel.

The thermostat was broken, so I had to turn on the heater when it started getting cold and turn it off when it got too hot. The TV also wouldn't turn on. The room looked and felt nice, but they need to do some basic maintenance.
