The property is close to the metro however a little far from all the attractions. It will need to walk a lot if you don’t take another form of transportation. The facility and staff are great!! Nothing I can complaint about!!

We liked location to events. The room was comfortable. We did NOT like to start: went to bar 7 people in the bar 4 customers 3 staff. We were chatting with bartender received foid and first drink than ignored. The hotel needs to either be a hotel or nightclub overly crowded and elevators were shut down you could only go to the penthouse for said party. What we spent in one night stay with dinner at your hotel outweighs what a person could spend at the "party" your urban charge should be an option especially for one night stays that will not be able to use the "extras" the VIP extras but cannot use for happy hour or here or for this...left for not being able to use. When checking out asked for a printed copy of my bill was told all printers were out of ink. We felt pushed to the side from the start.

Clean, Comfy, and Convenient

We enjoyed our stay at the Arli so much! The staff is courteous in every way. When we had a problem with our rooming being too hot, they fixed it immediately. Beds are super comfortable. Everything is clean and beautiful. The location is great - just a block from a metro station. Its about 6 blocks from Fords Theater. The neighborhood feels safe. We totally would stay here again. This is a quieter part of town. If you want lots of nightlife this might not be your place. There is an excellent rooftop bar, though.

We had a great 5 night stay. The hotel and room were very clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and responded quickly to any requests. Hotel location was very good to access all types of city transportation and was within walking distance of numerous stores and food locations. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This is a new hotel. The lobby, restaurant, coffee shop and roof top bar are beautiful as well as our room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of USB ports. Limited security access to elevators. Staff was friendly but not always knowledgable. Although I prepaid through Expedia I was charged over $700 at check in, then next day over $300 and last day another almost $200. After many visits to front desk, emails and phone calls to financial dept the problem was eventually fixed after my return home. I would however stay again at the Arlo.

Perfection!

Loved this hotel! I took my daughter and her friend and they loved the groovy elevators and elevator music. The rooms were very clean. Our room had a small patio. Not much of a view, but it made the room feel bigger. The staff were always smiling and making conversation. Everything about this place was an absolute delight!!
