I come to the Sullivan area a few times a year and have tried different hotels, but for quite a while the Baymont Inn is the only one I book. It is always clean, convenient for me, plenty of parking, friendly and professional staff and a full breakfast with hot and cold items. Will always book this when in the area.

I really liked staying here, it was really clean and the pool was open. Its in a great spot. Alot of restaurants and such right by. Beds are alittle stiff but other then that i thought it was great.

Clean and comfortable

Very nice and clean hotel. The pool area was nice too fresh and clean towels were provided for guests use. Breakfast was included and the food was fresh. I would only say that maybe more variety of fruit should be served and not inly sceambled eggs but boiled eggs as well and not only sausage patties but bacon or ham. Me and my family enjoyed our stay for sure.

The property was fine overall. I know you can't predict who rents a night, however there was a domestic disturbance while we stayed, multiple police and such. It was in our hallway and handled, but not thrilled to have my children with me and just a wall between us and the disturbance.
