When checking in there was no toilet paper or toiletries in the room! After calling the front desk, it took over 25 minutes for someone to deliver the basic necessities. There was also hair around the bathroom sink.

I was given inappropriate information about parking. I had to move rooms in middle of night because bath tub not draining. The room ac didn’t work properly. There was no remote in room and had to go downstairs and request 2x before receiving.
