Pro's The staff was very nice. Con's The temperature could not be regulated in the room. Did not receive any washcloths until we asked for them. The shower door (it was a stand-up shower) did not extend down to the bottom of the shower, and water leaked everywhere. The "refrigerator" was in a drawer under the sink and did not keep anything cold. The bed was extremely uncomfortable as there was no box spring. The mattress was sitting on plywood. Additionally, the bed only contained a bottom sheet and a comforter. We were on the 10th floor and it was extremely hot. The comforter, coupled with the inability to adjust the room temperature, made for very unpleasant sleeping arrangements.

The property as a whole qas unique and different. There are only a couple things I didnt like. 1. The room was pretty tiny. 2. The Air conditioning would not fet cooler than 68 degrees so it was pretty hot at night making it difficult to sleep. 3. Something bit the mess out of me and it only happened in the bedroom.

Know that the room is small, much like a motor home where everything is designed to make the best use of a small space. Perfect for me because I was traveling alone. Love the tech - iPad controlled lights, TV, shades, ambient music. Comfortable bed, nice shower. Good food at the restaurant/bar. I often got the pre-made salads because I was eating late and they were excellent.

They had no hot water for shower. I asked them to fix it after my first night, but they did not. I ended up getting cold because of the cold shower.

Near to attractions and clean. Room is too small, no wash clothes and no coffee maker in room like other hotels. We were there early around 9 AM before check in 2pm. Staff that took our luggage knows that we were waiting for check in but not reminder or no body telling us to check in untill I noticed some guest checking in it was around 1.30pm. Should have let us if the room is ready before 2pm just wasted our time waiting to check in at 2pm. Terrible staff no concern for guest waiting to check in from 9 a.m.

I like the stay the location was great close to everything; I mean everything !!! My only disgruntle is the lack of clean comforters I asked the housekeeping twice and nothing was done that is the only thing I was disgruntle about. But the overall experience was amazing
