The rooms are extremely small. The construction is a little substandard. However the bed was comfortable. It's just very small like however big you think it is, cut that in half. There's also no refrigerator in the room I was in nor was there really a place to put one. But you can't beat the location.

It is located in downtown DC, minutes away from the National Mall, restaurants, coffee bars and parks Bed was comfy The room was very small and the bathroom smelled like Clorox

Cute hotel in good location
Nice hotel, small but all we needed. Very clean which was great. Two downfalls-king bed was two twins pushed together Windows did not keep sound out at all, sounded like we were outside all night.

I really wanted a hotel close to public transit with walkability to sight. This was fine. Good water pressure even on the 11th floor. VERY comfy bed and pillows, A/C worked great. Its not the newest or fanciest. But it worked well for me traveling alone.

The temperature regulation was very poor in the shower. Normally would not be an issue, but the water would get dangerously hot. Also, room service forgot to replace used towels (though they did remove the dirty ones). And the coffee maker set was in sufficiently stocked (missing pods). Not horrible but left something to be desired.
