Clean room, wonderful amenities. Loved the lounge with latte, coffee, hot water for tea,… set up! Always immaculate. Room cleaned everyday to perfection. Everything so clean! Elevator status very secure! Perfect location close to White House and right next door to Metro! Front desk staff awesome, hats off to Kim and Erick! We will stay there again! Thank u for your service!

We were deceived, we booked a room with a king size bed, but we were given two single beds pushed together. We became aware of this around 1am when we arrived back after a night out. I was really angry but thought I’d bring it up the following morning. The young girl who checked us in didn’t really care, it was only after I became heightened that she offered to give us a Queen size room. I told her we had our gear everywhere and to pack it all up for 1 night was not worth it, she shrugged her shoulders and basically moved me on. I would never return to this place and I’d never recommend it. This place is pathetic, they need to have pride in their work and the hotel.

Clean room. Easy check-in & check/out. Free bottled water, coffee in rooms, and coffee & tea in common area. Held luggage before check-in and after check-out free of charge. Great location. Really, no complaints other than the street noise was a bit loud at night, but that’s hard to avoid in a city.

I run warm so the room was a bit warm even with the thermostat set low. The auto check in and check out was very annoying... especially as there was always someone at the desk and rarely anyone else in the lobby. And, although it was easy enough, I had a staff member standing next to me while using the auto check in...so what was the point? I also received an online key to use on the room door lock, but it didn't seem to work on the elevator so I needed a key card anyway...so what is the point of having a key on the phone? Too much wonky and unnecessary automation.

It's always just what i need and right in the heart of downtown DC. I would recommend checking on parking first because lots of times especially on Saturdays after a certain time you can find a spot on the street and park ofr free.

We had a late check-in and front desk very helpfull. I requested two rooms side by side thru Expedia and was not clear to hotel. She was able to accommodate the request. The staff was kind, clean rooms and very informative on guiding us to dining and city landmarks. Will stay again. Great experience.
