Raj and Deron cheerfully greeted us at the front desk, and accommodated our special request, for a birthday greeting, upon check-in. The location of the breakfast, on the lower level was not clarified, as we came down to the lobby at just before 9:30, the desk was quite occupied with guest checkouts, so it appeared we had missed the small morning food service. Even the coffee was unavailable in the lobby, the decanter out of its contents.
Only one elevator had a sign that specified breakfast was available on the lower level, and we hadnt taken that elevator until later in the day. Talk about an "A-Ha" moment. Our second morning, we enjoyed the breakfast.
The lack of sufficient towel bars or hooks in the bathroom to enable towels to dry was inconvenient.
The room refrigerator wasnt very cool, but we felt better keeping a bit of food and drink in it, rather than at ambient room temp.
Also, the lack of smart TVs, those able to stream bluetooth, or access apps such as YouTube, kept us from giving 5 stars. The relatively fresh cookies in the lobby were a nicely added sweet treat.
We did have a good stay, overall.
