Great property for the price. Pool is closed during the winter so be weary when traveling during those times. The hotel also does not have a microwave so eat your food as soon as possible.

Convenient to everything but not very busy area. 2nd floor can be a bit noisy on Friday night but just a bit Ask for 3rd floor if you’re worried Very clean in every respect with plenty of heat in the winter

Room was clean and decorated stylishly. Staff was friendly and we could walk to do nearly anything we wanted. Parking in the garage is tight. Not for newbie drivers.

Good location, limited nightlife around the hotel, need to go to Adams Morgan or DuPont Circle for nightlife. Hotel did not have hot water for 1 full day, the 803 room ceiling was peeling, but great view from there. They did the right thing and comped the 2 days parking ($106)

......nice older hotel, bit of an uphill walk from Dupont Circle Metro station, nice looking bar, but, curiously, only about 3 barstools......friendly staff, clean room, great views......not their fault, but DC has almost no roaming taxicabs,(who knew?),no fun on a cold nite....

The hotel was very nice, but is a good distance away from the main attractions of DC. Due to certain events that occurred over our stay, we did not feel very safe, although I don’t think this is a regular occurrence.
