We liked staying at Eaton. The room was a bit small and the overhead lamp above the table/sofa was hung too low. Apart from that, it was really nice staying here. Having a coworking space and nice quiet lounge was a big plus.

We had a great stay at Eaton. The location was great and very close to tourist attractions, the staff were friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. Lots of amenities, rooftop, bar, restaurant and gym. Highly recommend it.

nice place, don't wine and dine there

Quiet, clean, close to the convention center, however, I had a short meeting at the restaurant on the front of the hotel, $30 for a glass of house wine and a can of IPA... really? the lady serving was nice and I felt ashame to leave her only $3 tip, but now the bill was $33, translated to Canadian $$$, equals $45... wow, for a glass of wine and can of beer... !!!

High-end hotel with a funky vibe. Location is great, as there are plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance. Room was nicely decorated, and the bed was firm, supportive, and super comfortable. Two minor quibbles: 1. Main shower head wasn't functional, so the lower hand-held shower head was the only option. It can be mounted, but it's a bit too low. 2. The record player in the room, along with several albums, is a nice touch. Placing it in the middle of the working desk was not ideal, however; I needed to move it out of the way for my laptop.

Great vibe with its art, in-room record player

My initial experience at check in was not great. I arrived a little after 4p and my room was not ready, I was told I would receive a call which I never did even though they say they did. After that my experience changed bc while I was waiting I discovered the Allegory bar. The atmosphere was chill, the drinks were amazing and I even went back down a second time for another drink and to eat dinner. The service was great. I utilized the gym in the morning, which was a bit small, but I was the only one in there at the time so that was not much of an issue. I love the record player in the rooms and overall esthetic. Will return

Our stay at Eaton DC was overall very enjoyable and relaxing, though it did start off with a few bumps. At first, we had some issues with the room, but the housekeeping staff and front desk were extremely understanding and helpful. They quickly accommodated us with a room that better suited our needs and made sure we had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We stayed for 11 nights, and the staff was consistently responsive whenever we needed anything. The room we ended up in was spacious enough for us, which we appreciated. One thing to note: the rooms come with a cooler rather than a standard refrigerator, and it doesn’t get cold enough to store food. Since we needed a fridge and microwave, we asked the front desk, and they brought them up to our room right away, which made a big difference. We didn’t get a chance to try the wellness center or other hotel amenities, so I can’t comment on those. But based on our experience with the staff and the room, once the initial issues were resolved, our stay turned out to be comfortable and relaxing. Thank you to all of the staff involved in making our stay enjoyable, especially Faye and Maggie for their kindness and support throughout our visit

I really loved this so much about the hotel. They were generous in making sure we had a quiet room and a late check out. It is absolutely a happening place, with a regular crowd of folks showing up for the rooftop bar. And the room had a few improvements that could be made (the record player which was hyped as a perk didn't have a needle for instance) but none of that overshadowed the fact that it was a comfy bed, with a decent amount of space, and excellent water pressure. Would definitely stay again.
