Very fine hotel. Enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and staff was always helpful. Please now if parking overnight it's pricey. Was quiet during our stay and was able to access surrounding area easily. Is a little bit away from the main attractions.

My stay was okay up until it was a flood on the elevator! This was unfortunate and unexpected. Water leaked while I was using the elevator scared the crap out of me. I alerted the front desk agent and didn’t even get a thank you smh

No hot water
The hotel was packed and I rarely had hot water. My room, by contrast, was way too warm even with the heat turned off. I requested another room but they were sold out. The manager and Expedia both pointed fingers at each other about who should compensate for the issue. That sucked.
