This was our second time staying here and won’t be our last as this is our go to hotel for when we visit our daughter. Wonderful staff, great breakfast and great location to restaurants as well as AU.

The hotel was great. The free breakfast provided a delicious choice of many options. The drink coupons for the bar meant you got to know the other guests. My only complaint is that the hotel has no easily identifiable signage outside. When trying to find it through the rain, it was difficult. And they have three sets of elevators which are not labeled and can be confusing which one to use as they go to different places. That aside, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I definatley would use Embassy Suites in my future travels.

The hotel was definitely old and surrounded by a mall that has closed and seen better days. The free breakfast was great and the happy hour was very nice. Close to train station, and the surrounding area by the hotel appeared safe. Being a Hilton points member gave me free wi fi. I would consider staying at this property again.

We were involved in an accident a block from the property. I walked to the hotel in the rain and explained the situation. The bell hop offered to follow me to the accident with a luggage cart, helped me load all of our luggage on the cart (in the middle of 6 lanes of traffic), push the full cart back to the hotel, wait while I checked in, took the luggage to our room and unloaded it all. The front desk staff was very kind and considerate during this time.

Rooms are very outdated , moldy smell in the rooms , bathrooms door was inconvenient opening . Mattresses extremely hard . Overall is a 2.5 out of 5 would not stay there again. Also noisy drilling at 7.00 am in the morning

This location doesn’t have a good room for family of five. The room has two double bed,which fits two people uncomfortably, and one sofa bed which was not comfortable for my 11 year son. He could not sleep and when his sister gave him their double bed for one night and slept on the sofa bed, the sofe bed was about to collapse.
