The front desk staff, in particular a younger girl is extremely rude and unhelpful. The hotel should really tell you if housekeeping is every other day. When I inquired as to why the room wasn’t cleaned, that’s when I was informed. We had a lot of trash and needed some cups and she told me no. I wanted at least the trash removed. Breakfast buffet food did not taste good at all. They did have chocolate milk which my son liked. On the third day of our stay, when housekeeping was supposed to clean the room…they did now. We returned tired and looking forward to a clean room and no. It was 4:30 in the afternoon. I was super upset and the room was cleaned but we had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes. Marriott should be ashamed of this hotel and the staff. I would never recommend it to anyone

Overall a good trip! Biggest issue was the internet for the TVs did run the best and the tv by the couch area would only connect to the remote for a short amount of time before it stopped working. But overall a nice stay!

Nice hotel near arboretum

My family and I stayed here during the Cherry Blossom Festival. It was not within walking distance of the monuments or museums, but it is located next to the arboretum. The room was very clean and appeared to have been updated recently. Breakfast is included, and it’s standard fare of eggs, sausage, waffles, etc.

This hotel has TV/cable connection issues. When I told the lady at the front desk, she seemed a bit agitated, like, Why am I complaining? For as much money as guests pay to stay there, they need to ensure that all connections, including TV, cable, and internet, are working properly with no interruptions.

And I extended my stay for a few days more and it was the same. Also the parking pass should be different.
