They had technical difficulties and the wait was long to get registered in, I know it was out of their control but it still sucked. I could not cancel because they were not answering calls, I know because I was standing there watching the phone go unanswered. The wifi did not work. for 300 bucks a night I felt short changed. Also the room I booked was not the room I got, it was way smaller and due to being pressed for time and being told by Hotels.com that I was pretty much SOL I sucked it up. Very dissatisfied. The experience was a major dissappointment.

Arriving from a long travel day into the property, i was greeted by an extremely long line of guest waiting to check-in because the hotel system had gone down, we were told we would still be checked-in but it was longer due to it having to be done manually. Overall the staff worked under pressure and got all guests checked-in. The remainder of the stay was an excellent the location to the Capital one arena was very very close, so our event we were able to walk and avoid high parking cost at the venue. The breakfast bar was skimpy as far as to options but i was included with the room so it wasnt a total disaster but enough to get your day started without having an empty stomach. Great location overall and staff were resilient. Minor adjustments but definitely not a total bust, travel with an open mind and patience proved to be the best policy.

It was easy to check in .....less than 5 minutes. They had valet service and they were very professional. The lady that checked us in Phyllis Briggs was completely amazing and very professional. What really made her stand out....my wife and I was late for breakfast. I called down and she offered to fix two plates for me. I have never been anywhere where they arise to the occasion and take care of guest. Phyllis Briggs is amazing and I'm so grateful for her

We came out here to visit some museums and take in the sights. The weather was even perfect!! The room was clean and beds super comfortable. I will be back!!

This hotel was not to our standards. No closet space. Looks like it should be a hourly rate hotel. Mattress has stains on it. No microwave in the room. It’s in the hallway. We had to request a fridge. Very small room. :( I wouldn’t return.

Okay stay, but not sure if we’ll return
We were excited to stay here, but that excitement became disappointment. Parking was a bit confusing as we weren’t sure where to go for the valet. The actual check-in was very quick & easy. We were then directed to the valet to take our car info. It was only explained to us that they communicated thru text, we had in/out privileges, & you just needed to give them ~15 min notice. (We took our car out the next morning & left it with our daughter since she was moving. When we returned at 5:30 that evening and informed the valet that we no longer needed parking, they wanted to charge us for an additional day since we hadn’t informed them by 2pm…we weren’t even there for 24 hrs. I complained since no one ever told us that we had to tell them about parking by a certain time, so they eventually reversed the additional night charge.) When we were going to bed our 1st night, my husband noticed “a large insect” on the floor, he tried to kill it but it kept moving so we put a cup over it & called the front desk - it’s a city hotel but I don’t need to see evidence of that in my room. They responded immediately & offered us a new room. They only had an accessible room available so we moved there. There was a strange odor to the room, but it was almost midnight & the room was larger so we just went to sleep…it was very clean & the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was chaos with people & not always enough places to sit. We were promised reward points as compensation but never received them.

Hotel was a little old and have a funk smell. Front Desk staff was great and some valet staff was just okay. Food services was terrible. I didn’t go down the second day we stayed bc it’s was a waste of time. Overall not a pleasant trip. Food was a miss and valet was hit and miss depending on your attendant. You would think for $65 a night it would give better service.
