This is an old property .. it doesn’t have a fridge in the room .. and don’t even think of using the sofa bed .. it’s like sleeping on a bare metal frame .. Parking is valet only 55$ plus taxes per day .. Except the location .. nothing is great .. I wouldn’t visit back ..

First time staying here for a Caps game. Close to the venue and local eateries within walking distance. Clean room, shower had great water pressure and hot water, free breakfast was awesome and staff were friendly. The room price was decent, but they get you on the valet parking...$55 a night, total $68 with fees and taxes (not including the tip). Other parking available for less, but too far from the hotel. Love the Irish Pub downstairs, not crazy about the church across the street with bell ringing every 15 minutes.I'd stay there again if our first choice hotel with better parking isn't available (same distance from the arena).

The location is quite central, by Capiral One arena, but unfortunately thecarea us dirty, with some construction nearby and lots of shady chatacters lurking around. The hotel is pet-friendly ( a plus!) so I had to walk my dog a few times a day and I was quite nervous seeing the surroundings. The room itself was nice and clean, though the TV didn’t work initially as apparently the wrong remote was left in the room. It was quite a lenghty process to get the correct remote !! Why such inefficiency ?!! There was breakfast included, so that was a plus . Overall it was OK for just 2 days.

It’s right at the border of Chinatown which is great in terms of shopping and food options. The get to the national mall to see museums and other attractions, it was about a 20-25 minute walk from the hotel. There are plenty of parking garages nearby. Be a little careful at night though.

Staff was wonderful, the hotel was incredibly convenient and accessible. I will be staying again, the only issue was the restaurant being so busy there wasn't a place to go. I tried three times at different times of the night. After waiting a while for a server to finally recognize me, it has turned 10:02 and they switched to the late night menu, I didn't complain and just grabbed something small and went upstairs. We had a great stay. The staff is friendly and the room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, a couple blocks from the metro and with many food options around. It is also a 10 min walk from The Mall. Will definitely recommend.
