Great stay downtown. Unfortunately they do not provide a parking garage but instead have you pay an additional $55 for overnight with valet. Not mentioned when booking. I was strapped for time and convenience but definitely would have appreciated more time to do research to find a more desired parking situation. There’s no room out front to park temporarily for check in also FYI.

The Staff was wonderful. Kendra and her coworker were so helpful to us. Making suggestions for restaurants when the Pub's AC wasn't working. The breakfast options were plentiful and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The area is a mixed bag but it is Washington after all. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed 3 nights with husband and two kids, 7 & 9 yo. Location is in Chinatown which is not bad at all! It was convenient neighbor. Not too far from National Mall, walgreen is block away, metro is also like block away. Having free breakfast is very convenient. My kids wake up and hungry, eat and go. Coffee, tea, hot cocoa, water is at lobby 24/7, I love it. Staffs are nice, there is always security standing by door, inside of hotel, feel pretty secure knowing it.

Spent over 1100 and it wasnt worth it
I recently stayed at the Fairfield Hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. For over $1,100, I expected a certain level of quality, but this hotel fell far short. Firstly, the room itself lacked basic amenities that are standard for most hotels, including a microwave and a mini refrigerator. These features can make a huge difference, especially for guests who may want to store snacks or heat up leftovers during their stay. Furthermore, the customer service I received was unacceptable. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and argumentative when I checked in. She insisted that my name was not on the guest list, which was frustrating. After I showed her my email confirmation, she begrudgingly calmed down and issued my room keys, but the initial interaction left a bad taste in my mouth. As for the room, it definitely did not live up to the 3-star rating that Google proclaimed. The overall condition and cleanliness were not what I expected for the price I paid. I would not recommend staying at the Fairfield Hotel based on my experience. It's important for hotels to provide quality service and amenities, especially at a premium price. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet those expectations.

Elevator was not working so had to walk up 8 flight of stairs. Also computers were down so staff had to copy credit card info down causing long lines. Also ac unit was broken- half hot air half cold air. Staff was friendly tho, hotel and room clean and close to concert arena. Parking was chaotic but staff was nice.

The service by the staff at the Fairfield Inn and Suites was outstanding and the staff was very personable and helpful. The breakfast was good with several options, the rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend the hotel to others.
