Nice having the apartment, but they should have had additional toilet paper. We just had enough. It’s not a hotel room, but they need to have it stocked better.

Spacious, modern, clean, secure apartment within 20min flat easy walking distance to the Smithsonian's and Capitol One Arena! Convenient supermarket around the corner (Street Market). Stayed here with our 12 & 15yo. Really enjoyed our stay here!

What a great place, people, and view. Within walking distance to many things. You could walk to the white house if you wanted (.7 miles away).

Overall the property was nice, BUT it is right over the main garage entrance/exit, so every time the garage gate is opened (all times of the day and night) you can hear it very loudly. Additionally, the bedroom windows only have miniblinds, and could really use some blackout curtains, as the street lights are right outside and the room stays very bright.

I loved the convenient location, across the street from my daughter's building and in walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. We spent three nights in this apartment that offered us a good amount of space for two adults and was comfortably furnished. We enjoyed the building's amenities of the outdoor space on the ground level and the rooftop pool area. We would recommend this apartment and would definitely rent it again. The management company was easy to reach and responsive.

The apartment was in a great location with easy access to metro. The building was lovely. The furnishings were nice and bed was comfy. The owners could put a little more effort into stocking the apartment. There were only 6 hangers in a big closet with no dresser drawers. They ask you to wash the towels but there was no laundry detergent. Tissue box and floor mat in the bathroom would be nice and there were only 3 coffee mugs. Kitchen could definitely use more items. Overall great place and we would return, but would bring our own hangers:)

Misleading photography and information

Pictures shown of apartment are Miss leading, our place was more representative of a secondhand shop with a mishmash of items. Both beds were similar to hammocks. Apartment owners in the building are not fond of short stay rentals said one owner I meet during my stay. Which I can understand. Unfortunately ownership decides the hours of the pool on a day to day basis which stinks when your vacationing with kids. 8PM on one night 9PM the next. Would not recommend this location for families. If it would not have been the busy July 4 week I would have attempted to cancel after the first night and found something else but with a family of five that’s nearly impossible last minute.

We had a very good time staying at the apartment with an excellent location. The only drawback was we were told it was with a handicap accessible bathroom which it was not. Everyone else enjoyed staying there. Would have appreciated better tv service.

The apartment is very spacious (by New York standards), secure and in a very well maintained building. Everything was in walking distance with Logan Circle to the one side and Du Pont Circle to the other. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location, centre of all things to do. Full kitchen, washer dryer always welcome. Needs a little touch up with painting and general maintenance. Nice place to stay however.

There was no functioning airconditioning machine. Had to stay in a hot room with temperature of 78 degrees. The problem of the A/C could not be fixed( but attempted).

Location was excellent and building was good, but the apartment needs some attention. Many household items are worn out and need replacing. For example, the master bedroom mattress was worn out to the point of being uncomfortable. Not enough flatware and glasses were provided. The carpet was stained and needed to be shampooed. Dishwasher didn’t work well. Shower was so extremely ‘low-flow’ that it was difficult wash in the morning. Overall a great location but the property managers need to make more of an effort to provide an experience that lives up to what was advertised. I still give it a positive review anyway because of the location/building being so ideal, and other things (like WiFi and washer/dryer) that worked as advertised. Also nice that little things like paper towels, toilet paper, and shampoo were provided, which is not always the case.
