Fine hotel, but beware of staying during events
The hotel itself is beautiful when you enter. But from there, the rooms are just average. The food is very expensive and considering the size of the hotel and conference center, I expected more food options. My biggest complaint was that the hotel did not disclose that there was a huge expo going on that would have major impact on your stay. The staff seemed overwhelmed and a bit rude. The hotel ran out of parking for hotel guests because they parked all these visitors. The hotel was in pure madness in the lobby, lobby bar and all restaurants. The lines for food were outrageous and the wait at the elevators was so long. Overall, the hotel should give guests as heads-up so we can make informed choices to stay somewhere else. They also need to prioritize guests staying at the hotel and paying the nightly rate and amenities fee. Instead, I felt ignored, overwhelmed and stressed for my entire stay.
