We were suppose to have a king suite with a river view. We ended up with a king room with a view of bushes/trees. Valled the desk and was immediately told "it was not the hotels fault, nothing they could do for us, they did not have ki g rooms with a river view". I expressed my displeasure and was told "we can offer you a doue queen with a view of the atrium". Queen beads! Not exactly what i would want for a weekend get away with my wife. The halls to the hotel were not properly cleaned. Trash and wisky glasses i. The hall when we arrived o. Friday night, were still there when we departed Sunday morning.

Nice view—perfect adjoining room. Staff at check in was very efficient , nice and accommodating. Really nice hotel. Although , we got lost navigating the area. Not much signs to follow. Overall, will stay again in this hotel.

The property was beautiful and clean but lacked staff so there was no one to help you if you had any questions felt lost or concerned in the hotel. It felt very empty and I could never find anyone around that worked for the actual hotel.

When we was checking in the front desk staff was great, very friendly. I did fall for the up sale to a suite from a standard room and I can say I'm happy I did. The suite was awesome, very spacious, two large screen tv's with an extra large balcony overlooking the atrium. There are multiple bars, restaurants and stuff to do within the facility. There are also several restaurants, bars etc.. outside the facility which is in walking distance. If that isn't enough, the MGM Grand and Tanger outlets is only 6 minute drive away.
