The apartment itself is beautiful and in a great location. What was truly worrying about my stay here was that I was attacked with bed bugs while sleeping. I woke up with painful bites all over my body. I tried to flag this with the management team but they did little to help. Overall poor communication and empathy for the situation - especially when the accommodation is so expensive. Other issues include entrance to the building. It’s a virtual check in (which I wasn’t informed of beforehand). So I turned up with little charge on my phone, I wasn’t sent any of the codes to enter the building. The staff at the front desk were rude and stated they managed the building so couldn’t help. I had to ring a separate number (which costed a lot as I am visiting from the UK) to get into my room. Just overall a poor experience. Seems like the company are trying to make a quick buck so ignore cleanliness and overall experience.

Check in process was tiring. Remote access key provided didn't work and communication was below expected. Their finance/accountant team reached out to me multiple times regarding an incorrect billing address even though the transaction cleared immediately after booking.

Didn't like the key pad to get into the building, the elevator, and the room. It was very challenging to enter the numbers quickly enough, and many times we had to try at least 3 times before getting in! Also - it would have been nice to get some clean towels at least once during a 5 day stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property, and I must say it was an exceptional experience! The location is perfect—close to everything you need, making it super convenient to explore the area. The place itself is absolutely beautiful, immaculately clean, and incredibly quiet, providing a peaceful retreat. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. The only minor downsides were the lack of kitchen utensils, which made cooking a bit of a challenge, and not having enough soap for showering. However, these were small inconveniences in an otherwise fantastic stay. All in all, I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Stranger unlocked our door and propped it open
The main reason for my poor review was that we came back one afternoon to find our door propped open! We guess it was the cleaning crew accidentally there on the wrong day, but nothing got cleaned. Several other doors on the hall were similarly propped for over the hour we were there. Anyone could have walked in and taken everything! After that I did not feel safe not knowing who had the codes to come in, and I did not sleep well. Also, there was a 12 cup coffee pot, but only coffee for 1 cup in 4 days. The queen bed was pressed into a corner making it difficult to get in and out of for the 2nd person. Also, the only place to sit other than the bed was a stained sofa and 2 hard, metal dining chairs. Mostly, I did not feel safe.

Building and room was great. Check in and payment process was horrible. The customer service did solve the checkin problem, but it shouldn't have been needed in the first place. I got emails daily to confirm doc uploads.
