This place is advertised as a hotel property, but it's not. These "suites" are standard apartments set within a larger residential apartment building. Checking in was a headache. Long number codes were needed to check in, with nobody to assist. The doorman that is advertised is false. The concierge at the front desk is there to assist the people who live there. Thankfully, the residents of the building were friendly and were able to assist me with entering the codes to gain elevator access. This became a headache down the line since you have to enter different codes every time you enter the building/elevator.
The 1 bedroom I booked felt more like a studio in size and set up. The apartment was very bare bones, no extra linens, but there were utensils to use and lots of closet space. I had an issue with clogged sink and bathtub, and after calling different customer service numbers they had on their emails and website, I was able to get someone on the phone after waiting 30 minutes on hold and the issue was resolved a few hours later.
I was told I could go to their customer service office on the 3rd floor of the building, but was given no actual room number. Naturally, I didn't find said office when I went to the 3rd floor.
Despite the above, the amenities of the building were nice, pool was a major plus. The area is perfect, close to a lot of dining, shops and nightlife. I wouldn't stay at this place again, but definitely taking note of the location for future stays.
