The head and back ache adventure
The staff at the front desk was not trained properly and knew nothing. The check in process is the worst I have ever experienced. The parking GARAGE is a maze. The bed had us feeling like we were the flinstones sleeping on rocks. The “apartment” was so small and tight. The bathroom and the balcony was definitely bigger than the rest of the room. We had no wash cloths,and no elevator code to move around the property oh and the staff was no help. We where helped more from other people living on the property. 10 out of 10 DONT STAY

Check in was confusing. Several of the code-pads are falling off their mounts. They are a bit difficult to get the hang of. Perhaps a demo video would help?

Close enough to walk to Capitol area, if you have good walking shoes and are in good shape, or to Uber. Parking is expensive if you have a car. Rooms are spacious and the kitchen area is laid out well. Might need more cooking utensils for those who want to cook at least part of the time. Loved having a washer/dryer just be sure to bring detergent pods if staying more than a day. Would help to have salt/pepper packs as well. Staying more than a day or 2 will need to buy toilet paper and paper towels.

I had an amazing experience at Residence Global Luxury Suites. The apartment was spotlessly clean, just like new, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The location is fantastic, easy to access, with public transportation just a short walk away, making it convenient to get around. The area is vibrant and safe, with plenty of excellent restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. A special mention to Bushra from customer service, who called to make sure we weren’t missing anything in the apartment, such thoughtful service really made us feel at home. Considering the quality of the stay, the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay. I will definitely be coming back! Raja

I had a great stay. Surrounding area was so nice and very close to many food and shopping places. It was clean and looks like the pictures. Two Cons paying $40 for parking everyday if you stay in the parking garage and the beds were not comfortable.

Suggestion: show more pictures of the actual apt you are renting. When we arrived, I was a little taken aback when I thought we rented a one BEDROOM and it actually was just a studio with a nook as a bedroom with no door! Other than that, the location was great and the gym was phenomenal.
