The staff was very nice, breakfast was good, location is geat. The only thing I would say is that for some reason, the fire alarm in the room has a very bright blinking light and we had to cover it to be able to sleep. Otherwise it was a good stay.

The stay was really nice. We came up there to enjoy sights we didn’t get to see and of course for the concert going on right across the street! Breakfast was ok but they should put the waffle maker somewhere it’s more convenient for a line lol They happened to serve turkey bacon one day, which was great considering my fiancé doesn’t eat pork but they burnt most of the bacon and we had to chew on leather. I wasn’t sure if it was just a restaurant or just a bar in there, so I decided to venture outside the hotel for food and drinks and enjoyed myself and the central location. They upgraded our room simply for the heck of it which was very kind but they also were out of valet parking. Honestly, that didn’t bother me much because there is cheaper parking across the street ; ) I forgot to mention that I don’t feel comfortable with daily room cleaning or servicing so it surprised me the first night but we were able to sleep on it and continued to enjoy our stay. The tv’s are also smart tvs but with limited apps.

Friendly staff, basic buffet breakfast (boy's enjoyed waffle machine!). Good amenities. 20 minute walk to the Capitol. Few restaurants, coffee shop and supermarket within 10 minutes walk. Room had microwave and fridge. Our room suited our family of four - two queen beds. We were quite appalled by the amount of waste at breakfast - only plastic cutlery available, paper plates but no seperate bins for recycling.

Staff was great, very friendly and polite. Room was clean, breakfast was surprisingly good. ICE MACHINE WAS BROKEN apparently no plans to fix, pretty annoying for the price. Valet parking was secured area. Accidentally left my sons switch in the car and it was still there when we checked out.

Staff was EXCELLENT! Helped me with every issue i experienced, even while EXTREMELY busy. I was very impressed with their patience and continuing to have a positive attitude during the tough circumstances. Cons - small valet garage filled up quickly. - room did not have a pleasant smell, nor did the bath linens,, which were also dirty. - inability to access car without escort was odd, but understandable.
