Very nice hotel
The stay and hotel was amazing, with very friendly staff. The only issue I had was that hotels.com had not sent the confirmation to the hotel. So when I went to check-in the hotel was not able to find my reservation. The manager on duty was able to handle this and got me a room.

It was really clean and was walkable to capital one arena. The staff were nice and they have free breakfast. The only downfall is alot of hearing sirens and polices since you’re in the city.

Check in wasnt the great as the guy that came up to help since there was a line took two guys two people behind us instead of taking us as we were next. Room was nice. Close to arena for hockey and amtrak too.

Great location, a bit pricey on the parking
The staff was very nice, we were late getting in and they took care of us quickly. Breakfast was very very busy but they kept it stocked as best they could. Only complaints would be that the hotel is near a fire station and the windows are not very sound deadening and it was very loud as the fire engines were up and down the street 6 times that night. Parking at the hotel is for me rather expensive at 60 dollars a night.

Rooms are good and that’s pretty much good abt the hotel. No water bottles in room, no water station in the hotel. No room service, can’t even call the front desk from room. Reception people are also not what I’d have expected from such a hotel. I was charged again even though my trip was fully paid in advance and reception was of no help. Overall not the kind of experience one would expect from Hilton.
