I had unpleasant stay at hampton inn Washington. I always chose hampton Inn or Hilton properties when I travel. This is my 4th time with Hilton in various cities. Always had good experience and stay. But this time was not good. I was thinking about getting a diamond membership. I am gonna rethink now. Thanks. I could have booked a different one.

From the location to the staff this was an excellent choice. Valet is not cheap but well worth it to not have to worry about parking and the security of your vehicle. Front desk staff were also very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

Good hotel for the price and great location. The hotel is located near shops, restaurants, and Chinatown. The staff (Christopher, desk clerk & doorman) was very attentive. They made you feel welcome. As a recently renovated hotel, the room was nice size and clean, however, it would have been nice if the toilet in the room was part of the renovation to include chair height toilet seat versus the existing very low toilet seat. Also, if they could have upgraded the hot water system to ensure guests have ongoing hot water at any time ( my 1st night there was no hot water). One great benefit was the complimentary hot breakfast, which included a variety of breakfast food, including making your own waffle. The breakfast was very tasty. Overall, it is a nice hotel and I was satisfied with my stay.
