The lobby looked nice and clean. However, the hotel was nothing like it seemed online. Not a 4/5 star as soon as you leave the lobby. The area outside was questionable, with signs to make sure to lock your car. Not a good area to travel to.

The property was clean, comfortable and convenient to venues we needed to travel to. The bar and food offered was reasonable and satisfying. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The shuttle driver "King" James is a gem !

Guest services was nice and welcomming, however I would suggest to put guest on hold instead of yelling queations at other front desk members for answers. As a guest i would prefere not to have people yell on the phone.

Should of stayed elsewhere.
The room was dirty. Had a used cup on the counter. Dirt was under the vanity. The elevator was dirty as well. The bed was hard and dated. The TV was dated no streaming services or local channels. Restaurant stopped accepting food orders at 9PM.
