After paying for the week and noting on Hotels.com that are included all taxes and fees we were unpleasantly surprised when we arrive to the facility to learn that we not only would have to pay an incidental charge upfront, but it was $100 per night so an unexpected $500 hold on my debit card was not what we had planned for. Nor do I think it’s acceptable to not have that advertised as it should be. Your website states that there will be a credit card held, but it does not state an amount or the fact that they will actually take that amount from your available balance while you were staying. In addition to that we were hit with another fee of $60 per night to park, which is absolutely absurd, considering What we paid up to the standard of that charge that amount. Getting past all of the incidentals and parking fees to the business center order for one of my patients and realized that your business center has no fax machine. You have a computer and printer no pens no pencils no fax machine no assistance. What business center in 2025, not have a fax machine? When to wash clothes, washing machine and dryers that are coin operated with no change dispenser. Yeah again I was put out and had to find an ATM. long line of people waiting to wash the clothes with one washer first night arrived at Restaurant and was told they were out of multiple items. The air conditioner was broken in our room and TV was broken. Pool is not as pictured & roaches dead around.

The staff was amazing! Only issue was that the dresser drawers were quite difficult to open/close, it felt like their tracks may need to be fixed. Otherwise an overall phenomenal experience.

Our room was clean and spacious, the housekeeping service was great. The blankets were rough and lighting a bit dark. There was a refrigerator and microwave which was good but no free bottles of water upon our arrival at other Hilton Hotels. That should be added especially with 100 degree temperatures! However the amenities and day to day services were just okay. The pool was like a lap pool, not large enough for families to swim in and it was extremely hot there!! The exercise room was small but well equipped. Needed more updates and a direct connection to order room service, not just from the one restaurant in the hotel. However the hotel was close enough--10-20 minutes from all the famous museums--National Mall, etc. Busy, city area, not the quietest but close to everything, Walgreens across the street and coffee shops, some good restaurants. Would stay there again as price for a double queen was decent. However nothing glamorous or extra attention to details as you get in the regular Hilton Hotels.

We really liked the location of this property, but picked it based on having a valet so that parking would be handled. Unfortunately, the valet spots were already full when we arrived, so we had to figure out self-parking - something we specifically tried to avoid. If you plan to use the valet service and arrive after 6pm, maybe call to check if there is availability before arriving.

Please read so you are aware

White House is 28 minute walk from this hotel and other points of interest are further. The cleaners don’t leave enough towels for registered guests— 3 instead of 4, and I had to request additional service almost every single day because of it. Vehicles are $60-70 a day valet not $50 as listed on hotel site.
