I stayed in May and left some objects in the hotel room. I called the same day and was told by the staff that my things were found. I was given an email address to send a shipping label for them to send my things to me. Three months later I have not received anything. I called so many times and spoke to several staff members and they give me the run around. Daria the manager never even called me back. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel rotten parking

The hotel staff is amazing!! But one of the elevators were broke and only having 1 was a little challenging. Also, there is no parking except for valet and that is 60 a night. I parked 1 block over and walked back to the hotel after dropping all my items off. That was very irritating but the walk was doable.

Beautiful hotel with amazing service! Walkable to landmarks, we also used nearby train station to reduce walk time in hot weather. Staff was wonderful, helped us navigate the train system and helped when in need of anything. Neighborhood was safe and convenient with lots of dining options for families and a convenience store across the street. Pool is small and was crowded with teens while we were there, but it was nice for a quick dip on a hot day. Definitely recommend this for a trip to DC, especially with a family!

Our visit home

My sister and i had a lovely stay. We are from DC, but no longer live there. This was the perfect place to reconnect with our beautiful city. The bonus was to have Chef George's Restaurant/ bar attched to the hotel lobby area. We enjoyed breakfast daily and a couple of delicious lunches and dinners. The staff was friendly and helpful and made our stay that much more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Hilton Garden Inn,Georgetown area,Washington, D.C. The location is perfect — close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. The rooms were clean and the hotel felt very safe. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I especially want to thank Sajeda for her kindness and helpful attitude. She always greeted us with a warm smile and made sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting D.C. — great service, great location, and great people!
