Property was in a good condition except for the front entrance was dirty (it wasn't attraction). Parking on street didn't feel safe. Good custimer services check in. High valet value was expensive. Limited breakfast hot meal options.

I enjoyed the location to all surrounding tourist sites. How ever the free breakfast given by the hotel could be a little more controlled. I am a believer in not allowing children serve themselves at an open bar. Not enough seating for a rush of hungry eaters at the same time. However overall service at the hotel was excellent.

Family of 3 here. We stayed in a double room/ queen beds. Very clean room however narrow walkway. Firm beds. Pillows deflate when you rest your head. Plenty of outlets for charging devices. Good size bathroom, large vanity sink, short faucet that splashed water over vanity, walk in shower with clear sliding doors, shower can get slippery and there were no grab bars so be careful. Housekeeping came every day to change towels, make bed, and dispose trash. Reasonable breakfast hours. Basic breakfast foods: scrambled eggs, egg and cheese omelettes, sausage links, bacon, turkey sausage patties, potato hash browns, toast, oatmeal, muffins, cereal, juices, coffee, pancake machine. Ice machine on 3rd floor. Laundry unit on 2nd floor which was out of service the entirety of our stay. Front desk informed us there were laundromats nearby and to Google them. We googled and only found a closed dry cleaning service. We hand washed our clothes and hung them dry in bathroom. Front desk has drinks/ snacks for purchase. For more variety, walk 4 minutes to “Safeway” (grocery store). Close to Union station (Amtrak). Walkable to bus stops. Use the free “Circulator” bus if you’re going along national mall. Parking garage with entrance on the side to park underground. 25$ a day. DC is incredibly clean. Love the walkability and different modes of transportation; scooter, bike, or bus. Hope this review helps another family. Enjoy!

So far it was good.Room was comfortable. Breakfast was inadequate.They didn’t have enough to top up. I have been to another holiday inns in Europe,they never asked for a deposit.I wasn’t happy about it.

Breakfast place was durty and had long cues. Meals was not tasty. There was no space in front of the hotel for luggage loading and unloading. Rooms were very nice and clean (beds were very confartable).
