Staff was really friendly and nice checking in. Room was spacious but bed sheets were stained in the middle. Bedding smelled like it needs a deep wash. Other that that the room was great, hotel was nice and close to everything. One thing I can say, skip the breakfast they have. 27.99 total and the buffet items warm items were cool and the French toast completely hard. Honestly one of the worst buffet breakfasts I’ve had and I travel a lot and a waste of $30. Hotel wise though I’d stay here again…. Maybe get new sheets?

The Hotel Front Service Desk staff was rude, not helpful, and acted like they did not want to be there. The heater also did not work well in the room. The Cleaning Service Staff were good and provided good services. The only thing I really liked was that the Hotel was near a lot of the tourist places and in walking distance.

Expedia states this location came with free breakfast. And it still shows that this morning. You have to ask for the breakfast package from what the front stater to me. Oh well, I walked to Safeway and ate in the deli area, walked 35 miles and list a couple of pounds in the 4 days I dated there.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was only about 5 minutes from the national mall and about the same from the nearest metro station which was a big plus for us! The rooms are a bit dated, but it has everything you need! The staff were quick with any requests and our room was cleaned and refreshed nicely everyday. The only issues we had, was that originally our toilet would not flush properly; however, after notifying the staff it was fixed within the hour!! The hot water in the shower could also be somewhat finicky, but nothing that caused any major issues. We would definitely stay here again!
