Nice hotel overall. Had to evacuate twice because the fire alarm went off. Once at 8am. Able to adjust the temp of the room but never felt comfortable. The blanket on the bed was like a fur coat. Woke up sweating every night so you might want to bring your own. Despite little inconveniences, the staff was a 10/10. Overall satisfied.

Accessible power outlets were loose and chargers easily disconnected. Only two easily accessible in room. The fit and finish of building and room is showing age but clean. Staff very friendly and approachable for questions or friendly chat.

Very close to Air and space museum

It was very close to the air and space museum. It was warmer on our trip so what doesn’t seem like a long walk turned out to be a long walk. When we checked in we some friendly and fun people. When I went to the desk the next day I didn’t get the same fun people. She was doing her job and I respect that. Room, beds were comfortable. If you’re looking to be near attractions this is the place for you. Plenty of restaurants and food trucks all around.

Good location, front desk staff was great. Restaurant staff could use a little training. Short staffed is not an issue if the staff goes above and beyond and attentive when they can be but that was not the case. The food was family friendly and super convenient if you had a long day, and wasn’t bad. Came out how and fresh. Starbucks downstairs is busy but efficient. Very helpful concierge. Accommodations were clean and I didn’t need to ask for any towels or pillows as they are fully stocked. Beds are very firm so not comfortable for those who don’t do well with a firm bed. All in all basic stay affordable close to national mall. Close to Metro.

The staff was great and it was walkable to lots of monuments and tourist attractions! Only negative is the bed in our room had a huge drop in it! Like WOW! After one night my back was in serious pain! Had to go to CVS and get pain relievers! My husband switched sides with me and the next day his back was hurting! With all the walking in DC this made it all bad!

I really excepted a better stay elevators were dirty and smelly. My room had chipped paint and temperature in hotel was horrible breakfast this morning downstairs was extremely humid there AC seemed to be not working to good. It was definitely not worth the money I paid. It was for my husband 56th birthday getaway. I was so disappointed. One more thing all the food that we were served the whole time we were there was lukewarm. I didn’t understand that.

There were continuing issues in the room- toilet not being able to flush, 3 reading lights didn’t work, the coffee maker didn’t work, the shower pull didn’t always work. It lacked restaurants around the area. While it was close to the national mall and the metro, I wouldn’t stay again.

This Hotel is very close to the Mall and the Wharf...making it easy to get around without a car. It was nice and clean...but a little loud being that it is right next to the railroad line.
