I lost the galaxy tab in the room. I cannot believe how this happened but I can not find it. It’s not safety even in the room. Please make sure you get for breakfast coupons and kids free meals under 10. He do not provide it if you ask it. It also so noisy and could not sleep well, heating system and railroad. I do not recommend even if it located the nearest a museum.

I loved the location of the hotel, it was perfect for walking to all of the museums. It’s the reason I booked it. The staff was really nice but cleanliness of the room was not the greatest. I mean it is what it is, 2 beds a tv and a bathroom but it incredibly outdated for the price. The thermostat kept going from hot to freezing cold all night. There was a thick coating of dust on the heater that was so bad my 10yr old son and I kept waking up in the am with burning, swollen, itchy eyes and were really congested . It was so bad we checked out a day early and drove the 6 1/2 hours back to NY rather than stay another night to endure that. When the front desk clerk asked why we were checking out I told her this and she did say she was sorry to hear this. So location great, staff, great, cleanliness really not great.

The hotel was close to the museums and the metro. It has a few good food options for breakfast and lunch-Two Sisters Deli and Potbelly Sandwich Shop. They also have Starbucks and McDonalds. If you want a fancy dinner, take the Lyft. It’s about $10 dollars each way. The hotel is older, but it is clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

The room is more dated then I would have expected. The location is convenient for the mall. The good: The property is only a few minute walk to the mall and the museums. The staff was helpful and did a good job. The bathroom had a more modern feel. The bad: The room was more dated. The a/c does not go below 68 deg (if you like sleeping in the cold) and the bed is hard. The hotel is right next to a freight rail line which can be heard even from the top floor on the far side of the hotel. The kicker was an alarm clock with a iPhone bus connector (on pre 2012 phones). Overall an average hotel, convenient for if you are doing tourism on the mall.
