I really like the feeling in this hotel. There are small touches throughout that make you feel welcome and make you smile. The rooms and all of the hotel are very clean. The bar/breakfast/lunch area has a great vibe and was a great place to hang out and get work done before heading out to the airport.

Thoroughly enjoyed this place. Originally wanted to leave 5 star rating, however the cramped configuration of the bathroom was enough to knock it down. Other than that, this place is in a great location. Just outside of all the hustle and bustle of DuPont and downtown. You can get to really great places with walks under 25 mins. The &Pizza connected downstairs is a huge cheat code. I highly recommend if you’ve never been. Staff was really warm and welcoming. I only had one request — ironing board and iron. They brought it up in a jiffy and even respected the “do not disturb” sign. If you don’t care about bathroom space/configuration this would be 5 stars easily.

As expected from a microtel the rooms are small but this place is a gem. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is very close to the Kennedy Center and only about half a mile from the mall… it’s safe, clean and walkable. GW university is adjacent so there is a positive energy and lots of eating places are just a few blocks north. Price is good. Oh and they have a small restaurant/ bar downstairs, a rooftop bar at night and adjacent pizzeria. Nice enough breakfast and free coffee and tea. We were impressed!

Super nice hotel with large and spacious room and bathroom ( would love a coffe maker or mini microwave in the room but is okey). Staff is super friendly and responsive. Pets friendly for real!! So fur babies book there dont even think about it. Everyone is a 10.
