Wonderful hotel in great location!

This is our annual stay at Hyatt House for shows at The Anthem and we love it here. The staff are wonderful and always so helpful. The rooms are spacious and we love that we have kitchens with full sized fridges so we can bring drinks and snacks with us for the weekend. Parking is expensive but that's the city for you - definitely valet because if you self park in the garage, it is way more money! Overall, this is a great hotel in a excellent location close to everything!

Took an hour and a half to get a burger at the bar for dinner. The breakfast buffet that opens at 6 AM, the food was still not out at 7 AM It took the front desk a bit of convincing that they would be able to extend my stay and still be able to stay in the same room. I travel a lot for work and had to convince them that it is actually possible

Property was clean. Breakfast served had also a good variety of food and it’s included in the daily rate. The workers at the hotel are nice and are slats cleaning. There are different restaurants in the area where you can easily walk to. I really liked this hotel and would come back.

The room was just what I needed - plenty of everything with an incredible view! Comfy bed, lovely hot soothing shower, sofa for reading, the works. Staff was very helpful and pleasant, loved that I was greeted genuinely and warmly.

Hotel was fine, seems a bit dated and needs new carpet in hallways and rooms. Our room was set up strangely with the TV in the middle of the room not against a wall. Service at the bar was superb with Arnita. Free breakfast was good

I had not visited the Wharf area of Washington, DC before, and was pleasantly surprised by the area, as well as the hotel. It was very modern, comfortable, inexpensive, and offered a complimentary breakfast. The restaurant in the hotel was good, but there were a lot of options to choose from within easy walking distance as well. I would return.

Nice property. The staff was friendly. Convenient parking under ground, and they even have EV chargers. So many restaurants and things to do within walking distance. Great value for the money to stay at the Wharf.

It was nice We did not get into a room until 12 AM because of a concert that we were at. We tried to call the front desk and to get another blanket for the room, but nobody ever got back to us or nobody came and nobody answered the phone. Other than that, it was great.

Beautiful hotel, and great area

The stay was grate, staff was friendly and kind to my child. The area around the hotel was clean and the cold weather made it very nice traveling from Miami.
