I completely hated the gps directions to get to yhos place. It gets you to the front on a busy highwsy with no way or help or explanations as to how to get to the actual place you use to enter and seek valet parking and assistance. Tried the hotel number to ask for directions at a parking lot only to get ignored lno answer. Figured it out myself and found out they dont serve anything but breakfast. It was lare i was going to nearby hospital to be eith family. It was not very lit to see at night at all to get into. They ONLY positive thing was the valet. Worth the cost in DC and he was informative moreso than the concierge.

With such a large window overlooking the DC streets, it was a shame to see so much dirt and bird poop sticking to the glass. Need to wash more often.

Arrived and the receptionist was texting on her phone and it wasn’t until I said “excuse me” that she said “just give me one minute” she continued on her phone until eventually I walked away and she didn’t even try to stop me. I think the cleaning people forgot to wipe the bathroom shower was because there were a few shaving hairs on the wall and one long piece of hair. Parking is expensive $65 (as is everywhere) not included with the room. Other than that the stay was fine.

Wallpaper coming apart from the wall in the shower. Mold in the shower. Bathroom door won't stay open keeps closing shut. Curtains dirty. Carpet dirty. Food on the floor in the lobby. Not what I expected from a Hyatt property.

Horribly Disappointed
I thought it would be great according to the pictures. The new or hood outside was a bit sketchy but still close enough to restaurants, and my daughter hug rise apartment. My air conditioning in my room stopped working on day three, was moved to another room 2 doors down. The carpet and sleeper sofas in both rooms were hideous and had spots on both. Housekeeping was very nice she cleaned my room each day after I asked the front desk twice to put daily cleaning on my stay and room number. Breakfast was sub par , overcrowded and not good overall. Will not stay at the Hyatt Place again, I
