The plus is that it is walking distance from Target. Not too far from downtown. The accommodations need some work. There were roaches in the hallway. My room had no toilet paper. The shower was dirty, had no shower head and the drain was clogged (i was standing in water). The bed sheets had stains.

Property was clean but right outside the lot there were many people asking for money yelling and arguing with each other. I would not advise walking around after dark
