Overall what you would expect for the low price (for DC). Room was comfortable. Sketchy part of town, a bit noisy at night, and I don’t think the thermostat worked. Also found a wad of hair in my “clean” towel

not a hotel, it is a crime scene motel, with no heat, hair in bed, towel dirty, stains on pillows. It's not worth it. go spend the extra 40 per night and go elsewhere.
