This has really changed my mind about Marriot, after a few badly run down offerings this is excellent. Great service (Justin on reception is a credit to the business), fabulous rooms, stunning views over the city if you can get floor 12 . Would highly recommend if you are heading to Washington.

Absolutely perfect location for our stay in DC. It was so convenient to all the landmarks and monuments, but was safe and had everything available within the hotel. We will definitely be back.

My son had to sleep on floor so disappointed didn’t have the accommodations correct when booking stated accomadated &slept 3 but when we arrived it said that’s only a request , total bs and they only offered 30,000 points don’t even cover anything horrible experience

It was in the best location! Staff was wonderful with the exception of the people running the little convenient store within the hotel. Everyone other than the people in there were above and beyond friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend. Save yourself from gift/convenient store and go to CVS a few blocks walk.

Ace Location
Hands down the best staff and service. This is the friendliest hotel I’ve ever stayed with. Rooms are simple and clean. The only wish I had was for a small fridge but this is a first world problem. The restaurant & bar was great. The location is perfect for both business and tourism. The only not as great aspect are the elevators are slow and relatively confusing.
