I did take the bus to the harbor. The representative at the check-in desk said you pay a one-time fee of $5, and you can ride all day. You don't have to pay again. The bus driver said it was $4.25, and you have to pay each time. I paid for two people, and I didn't have exact change, so I put in $10. Coming back to the hotel, another driver said the price is $2.25 per person. Not sure why the first driver let me put in $10. This is not the hotel's fault; I just want them to know the cost is $2.25 for each ride. The drivers knew nothing about a one-time fee of $5.

Upon checking in our room as still dirty. We advised the front desk, they apologized and immediately changed AND upgraded our room. They provided excellent customer service and all staff was extremely friendly. The property was beautiful. Would definitely stay again.
