A True 5-Star Experience! 🌟 From the moment we arrived, the level of service at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. The staff went above and beyond at every turn – warm smiles, thoughtful touches, and genuine hospitality that made us feel like valued guests rather than just customers. But one of the true highlights of our trip was spending time at the hotel bar. Sitting there with other guests, enjoying great drinks and easy conversation, created such a warm and memorable atmosphere. A huge shout-out to Jesus, the bartender, who was an absolute standout! His hospitality, charisma, and genuine care made every evening feel special. He remembered our names and favorite drinks, shared great stories, and made everyone feel like part of the family. Jesus is a gem and a true asset to the hotel. Highly, highly recommend – 10/10! 🌟

That staff was amazing. It made the hotel experience. Unbelievable. The restaurant had everything you could want and it was very beautifully decorated. There are not any amenities, especially for children, no pool or anything to do on site. But my 11-year-old absolutely loved hanging out in the lounge area and playing cards. And he said the food was amazing. We definitely are going to stay there again next year.
Filet Mignon was so good!
Breakfast had excellent choices also.
The decor in the dining area was very nice. It was fancy, yet so friendly and still casual.
Belgium waffle with homemade whip cream and real maple syrup.

We loved our stay at Morrison Clark. It is located close to everything, and within walking distance to the mall and the Smithsonian. Many great restaurants in the area. The staff is so friendly and the hotel is beautiful. We will definitely stay there again and cannot recommend it more highly.

Check in staff just seemed wooden and without personality. I arrived at 243pm; check in at 3pm; I was asked to wait 40m for a room. All of a sudden (after 5m) I was then given a room in which I could hear the elevator - I initially thought it was a truck but soon realized no. Anyway, a very average and forgetful stay.

Good location, nice vibe. Bartender very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Restaurant was very good, if a bit quiet/elegant (extreme opposite of the more typical/noisy options.) The doormen provided a nice touch.

The hot water was unreliable on the top floor. One night it wouldn't get hot at all, and then one morning it took much longer than usual. I'm not sure what factored into it, but it was inconsistent across the 4 showers taken there.
