Elegant, refined, perfect

I took my 13-year-old daughter to DC to celebrate her birthday, sight-see, and visit family. We stayed at a different hotel our first night and chose to move hotels and stay here our second night. This neighborhood is wonderful; safe and clean with wonderful restaurants and shops. The hotel staff were warm and welcoming, and the doormen were gentile and kind. The room was exactly as pictured: elegant, refined and very comfortable. I’m so pleased with our stay.

Downtown quiet and accommodating to tall people

We stayed at this downtown DC hotel while visiting our son. It is in the middle of it all! We especially enjoyed sitting and visiting in the library (sans books) watching the bustling DC traffic. We all marveled at the sound engineering that must have happened to make this hotel so very quiet. As my husband is tall, and this hotel seemed especially built for him. Our bed had no foot board and the shower faucet was nice and high.
