Overall a great experience with wonderful staff, wish they’d been a little more transparent about other fees prior to booking. Like I was charged $60 for incidentals and it was not refunded when there were no incidentals. Otherwise a great stay and recommend!

I saw a cob web on the ceiling near the air vent, the AC is too hard to regulate. It's too hot in our room. (403). I ended up taking off the comforter at night. But overall my our stay was good.

For the money, this was one of the best hotels I've stayed. Spent a long weekend there and staff was always super friendly. Everything was clean, and the rooms felt high-end, with just the right touches. We walked everywhere from the hotel, catching buses or Metro whenever we needed to. Easy to get to all the Capital sights.

The Bellmen provided impeccable service. Had little interaction with front desk due to convenience of booking. Lovely stay although might not request the room (212) over the main foyer/entrance. Not noisy but not private either.

Very cool older property with character, beautiful interior decor, a really comfy bed, great spacious bathroom. Staff was wonderful and the bar has a classy luxurious feel. Quick and convenient valet.

If you pay so high for a basic room, you shouldn't have to pay an extra $50 a night to park your car in a spot, and not giving better notice of these charges is a problem, didnt get my email regarding this until after my 24 hour cancelation window.staff was very friendly though.
