Fun hotel with a great rooftop bar. The lobby area is lively too. Room was clean and pretty spacious. Staff were great and helpful. Location is really good for breakfast spots and seeing the main sights - be prepared to walk a lot!

This was a terrible experience. The system was down and I never allowed to check-in to the hotel. My girlfriend and I had drove to 5 hours to get to the hotel at 3am and we were both exhausted from long days of work and just wanted to check in and go to sleep. I understand things like this happen since everything runs off computer systems but there was no solution offered to help resolve the issue. The room was already paid for through a third party. We had stayed at the hotel a couple times before and had great experiences but this was way below minimum expectations as for an accommodations for the problem.

The rooms at this location are extremely small and so are the beds. Also, there was no front desk service however, there is a bar located at the entrance where you get your room key but it was rarely manned.We called down to the front multiple times and got no response. I also went down to get extra blankets because the beds were only dressed with sheets to once again find no one available. The hotel is clean and the location is great but the price doesn’t match the service.

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at, ESPECIALLY for the price paid and location. Where do I even start… They were out of the free cocktail they offer for their one free drink per stay, and it wasn’t even 30 minutes past 5pm (when reception starts) nor was it busy. The toilet in our room clogged if you used more than 8 squares of toilet paper per flush. It clogged twice on us for very basic/light usage. We are very aware of how much paper is reasonable for a toilet, and this toilet wasn’t capable of even one regular handful of paper. Lame. Also the bathroom walls are glass so enjoy watching your friend/partner/coworker sit on the toilet from the comfort of the bed. We requested an extra pillow one night (because you know how hotel pillows are notoriously thin) and it took 4 calls, a trip downstairs wading through club people, and 40 minutes to get a single pillow. The place apparently has a club on the rooftop and a bar with a lot of space on the ground floor, which is fine, but produces a LOT of noise late into the night. I ran to the lobby bathrooms the next morning (Sunday morning at 9am) before heading out for the day and it was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever encountered. Feces smeared in stalls, a used condom on the floor, trash in the sinks… worse than any gas station bathroom I’ve ever walked into. I AM NOT EXAGGERATING Y’ALL. This “hotel” very obviously doesn’t care about its lodgers and focuses on its club aspect, and we’ll never return.

This place is so cool! Loved the decor, aesthetic, and vibe. The Library, lounge, and outdoor patio were comfortable and fun. the room maximized its space and views were great! Staff was super friendly and helpful!

This was my second stay at a Moxy propery. Hotel and staff were great and accommodating. Rooftop bar was amazing. Just one issue I faced was the elevator. Out of 2 only 1 was working. With a rooftop bar, having only 1 elevator working there was a long wait time to use the elevator. Minor set back, definitely not a deal breaker. The location of the hotel, amenities , easy of getting there - definitely recommended.
