150 square feet - this is a bed and a bathroom. Very tight. If you just need a place to sleep, this works fine. If you use a room to relax, spread out or if you're a couple - this will be really uncomfortable. Nice bar on the roof with a great view. Staff is efficient, not exuberant.

Absolutely perfect location! We was able to walk to everything we wanted to see. The whisky bar downstairs has an incredible vibe and the rooftop bar is clutch for great views and watching the sun set! Would 100% stay again.

Booked a room with a city view but ended up on the 4th floor with a blocked view. Room was very intimate and cozy. Great for a single night stay as a couple. Location was great. Very walkable.

Breakfast was not included however, the coffee and pastry bar were delicious. The staff was so pleasant while performing multiple duties. Our room was very comfortable with a great view of the Washington Monument. The rooftop and whiskey bar were such a wonderful addition. We attended an event at the Capital One Arena and were able to walk less than one block to the event. The Gallery Place Metro Station is literally right across the street. Walgreens is located just a few steps from the hotel for any needs you may have. All staff were very pleasant and accommodating to our every needs. Great destination hotel. We will definitely book again for any DC visits.
