We stayed for a night while attending a concert at Capital one Arena & it was SUCH an enjoyable stay! Room was very clean and comfortable & the staff was so kind! Convenient distance from the arena. Would definitely recommend.

This stay was nice. Staff was pleasant. Rooms are clean. BEWARE UNDISCLOSED FEES not included in your original payment. The day before my arrival, I received an email from the hotel telling me that there would be a $32 PER DAY amenities fee added to my NON-refundable room. This was not previously disclosed (but I now see it has been added to the description). The fee is for every day of your stay. It was not mentioned at check in or check out. They did include a business card outlining the "amenities" with the room key. Why was this not part of the price of the hotel room? The amenities include a second floor beverage bar, two bottles of water in your room, Internet, mobile Wi-Fi printing, domestic calls, self-service laundry, and press reader. These are all amenities that should be included in the price of a hotel room, not tacked on after a guest arrives at the door and has no option but to pay. These fees are not a city tax. It feels dishonest and leaves a bad taste after an otherwise decent stay.

The staff the front were very friendly, they greeted me and helped me unload from my car. They were also able to give me a late check in since I was running late. The room was nice clean and looked just like the pictures.

Kayla at the front desk answered ALL of my questions before my arrival and was super gracious when I actually met her the next day. 2nd floor area for hot, good and FREE beverages! great value if ur in a pinch and need something close to Union Station.

Great find right across from Union Station

The location directly across from Union Station was unbeatable, and the hotel is nicely appointed with kind staff. The closet situation in our spacious room was odd -- only room for three to four hangers -- but everything else was quite good. Breakfast at both the hotel's restaurant (The Dubliner) and at a nearby cafe were more than satisfactory. We would stay there again. It's particularly good if you want to eschew driving on a visit to DC.
