This place was amazing, the apt.was great and staff were so accommodating! There was a blackout in the area on the last night there that caused problems and extra cost of my trip, but was not their fault and they tried their best.

There was nothing I didnt like. I really appreciated the young lady that worked on Saturday day!!! She was verrrry kind, efficient, but her personality was one you cant train for, her personality was impeccable with a smile. Always sharing the experience with us, Rooftop, parking, walking, and dining and in such a awesome way with a smile. Thank you for a terrific stay

My go to spot!
Absolutely loved my stay at Placemakr Ballston! The location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the metro. The apartment was stylishly decorated, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The rooftop terrace was a fantastic bonus, offering great views and a relaxing spot to unwind. Great hotel with everything you would need. New renovated apartment, kitchen has everything you need. Washer and dryer was a bonus. Quiet and spacious. Only small thing is the living area didn’t have a main light, only a lamp. Overall a great stay.
