The hotel was great! My issue was with the sidewalks outside the hotel. They were not safe enough to walk on. I went to a local store but had to walk in the street because of the bad sidewalks.

Inadequate service and poor quality property

Our stay didn't meet our expectations. Getting service at the front desk was difficult, and the elevator was unreliable and seemed extremely unsafe. There were also issues with our room, including a faulty door, a crack in the ceiling, and stains on the floor.

Great hotel with great staff

The hotel itself was very well kept, staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Room was very clean. Close to many different attractions but not in a very walkable part of the city. Parking situation was not the best as it was a very small and oddly laid out parking garage with just 1 level. I would stay here again.

Bargain and functional

Bargain un-glamorous hotel, adjacent to train tracks. Clean, the noise may bother a light sleeper - not me! I was not thrilled that the security latch was missing. Linens were fresh and clean, bed was comfy. Very spacious room.
