The whole staffs attitude from this hotel is super confusing. I booked a room here by expedia but when I reached there, they told me that there is no room available at that moment. They made us wait for an hour and then gave us a room with bad odor and there was no facilities such as oven or fridge. They also messed up with my payment process. Expedia showed me that they will charge me for that booking but when I checked in, front desk from the hotel charged me again. I talked with one agent from expedia and he told me that his team will solved this problem. Otherwise the hotel is quite.
