It was clean and service was great. However, the bed was on the floor which was off putting. The TV did not work, not even turn on, which they had to fix. They had the cleaning bin in front of our door for hours at a time, multiple times, making it very difficult to enter/exit the room. I just expected more based on the price per night.

I love staying here. The property is beautiful. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. I love the rooftop restaurant. We were given two free margarita vouchers to use at the restaurant upon check-in. They have a limited number of parking spots, but there is a parking garage that cost the same amount nearby. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and I would stay here again.

Great stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was so roomy, clean, and very comfortable. There was some days that I did not wanna leave the room because it was so nice. I would definitely stay here again. The plus side of it is that there are plenty of restaurants nearby so you can easily walk to any of them without going far.

Great vibe!! Super cute hotel, great staff and food! Comfy beds! Hotel smelled amazing! Only complaint I have is the bathroom lighting was terrible. Good thing I brought extra lights and there’s no counter space to get ready. The sink is super cute just not functionable.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The vibe of retro 30's aesthetics and modernism made my stay wonderful in DC. I loved the fact that there were almost always those electric scooters outside so I could ride them to the train station to save money on an uber. I was able to spend more in town and the alcohol in the lobby. If I go back, I will 100% stay at Hotel Nell again. Staff was amazing too! Thank you!
