Wall are so thin I could hear everything next door. Entire conversations, TV and when neighbors got loud at 1am after a night out it was just unbearable. Got no sleep! Water pressure in shower was literally dripping. No control over room temperature at all.. thermostat not working. Overall miserable stay!

The hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable. However, they will scam you out of your money if you pay for early check in. They also do not have clear instructions on where to park since there is limited parking. They told me to go through a parking app and it did not give me the option for the closest garage, but rather one that was miles away claiming it was a 5 minute walk. Lastly, the walls are thin and sounds echo through the vents. Although the employees came to handle the loud guests it wasn’t long before they were loud again. Could not sleep. Just make sure you plan accordingly if this is where you choose to stay.

The first room on floor three had an opening where someone can stick a key in an open my door manually versus the card access that I was given. I checked all the other rooms on that floor. This was the only room with this hole. We really enjoyed staying in this hotel and we’re here for four nights in September It is a converted industrial building which brings great charm and character to the property As a European I found the room sizes on a par with many I have stayed in around Europe , although I appreciate they are on the small size when compared to the typical American chain hotel The staff were very helpful and polite and that are two restaurants on site and lots of options within walking distance We found it a very good base to explore DC
