Wonderful DC location

Property was perfect for our weekend stay in Georgetown / DC area! Apartment was clean and exactly what we needed. Small kitchen fit our needs. Numerous restaurants, coffee shops and retail shopping within walking distance. No parking avail on property but across the street was a convenient parking garage. Will definitely stay here again.

Do not stay here!!

Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience- my first and last time staying w/Sonder properties. My husband and I arrived shortly after 4:00p, exhausted from our travels, and very shocked and unpleasantly surprised to see the room completely filthy. I was unable to capture photos of the full magnitude of uncleanliness, but here a few things to note: -human & dog hair everywhere (on everything!) -loose debris all over the wood laminated floors -shower tub that doesn’t drain -human skin/nails on edge of the bed frame -food crumbs on the coffee table -dogs barking in the room next to us - WiFi interruptions (consistent) I did write to someone and they said they would speak to a manager- I haven’t heard back.

I got a suit to visit a nearby embassy for business and it was perfect! I like the electronic check in check out process. For the price the place is perfect - the kitchen is all kitted out and even had a kettle for my tea habits, usually I have to bully coffee makers into giving me hot water. The bathroom had both a shower and a tub, the bed had perfect matrass stiffness. For people sensitive to AC noise - take care cause I could hear the hum especially as it turned on. But there is a white noise machine and also i just turned it off for the night as the temperature does not drop that much due to insulation.

Sonder provides a very nice studio in the Georgetown area near Rock Creek Park and the C&O Canal. The studio is relatively large and well-furnished, clean, and near public transport (2-min walk to high-frequency bus and a 7-8 min walk to METRO) and a Trader Joe's. I love staying here!

Great location in Georgetown, great space within the apartment. My friends and I loved it! Super easy to travel further into DC (12-14 minutes) and tons to do around the property in Georgetown. The unit was great - the only downside is it definitely didn't look like the photos on the listing - that must be a different unit altogether. But it was great! Would stay again.

Me and my partner stayed here for a week during the New Year’s Eve. Overall it was great! We weren’t expecting the area we were living in to be so nice, lots of stores and restaurants, with great selection of everything. We barely communicated with the staff since everything was through the App which made us so easy and straightforward for us. No issues with check in or checking out. However those encounters that we had with the staff were great, very friendly and very informative. The place has everything you probably need, special shout out to the 3rd floor with all the essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods and laundry pods, as well as all the towels (however for those you need to get lucky since there is a big demand for towels). Since this is an apartment hotel, we weren’t expecting any cleaning during our stay, but there is an option to get your room cleaned for a fee. The only thing I could say is the parking situation which again, the property states itself that they don’t have. It was a little tricky with the parking; there is a parking lot a minute away from the Hotel, however they don’t have clear set rules on the payment and one day I was paying $23 for a day, the next day I was paying $23. In general the parking was confusing however if you can figure it out, or better, are traveling without a car this place will be an amazing place to stay! P.s. there is a bus stop close to the Hotel, and you’re around 15 minutes away from DC downtown

I left my hesdphone on a chair in the livingroom. I called the property a couple of hours after my checkout and the headphones disappeared. This is very disappointing and they should check their cleaning staff for honesty as inexpected they will get them and report it to management and not stole them.
