The staff were very accommodating and friendly and provided free coffee, lemonade, and popcorn in the lobby. Parking was very easy at the garage next door. The room was clean and spacious. Overall a very good experience for a very decent price!

Bring warm cloths

The room was nice with a kitchenette. Room was good size with a nice view. The heating system was terrible. I called and spoke the front desk at least twice a day for three days. The maintenance and front desk staff said it was fixed but it was not. Every night the room temperature would drop to 67 to 69 even with the thermostat set at 70 to 72. Outside temperature was in the 50 to 60. The hotel gave us a small room heater which helped. The hotel said they were unable to compensate us for the trouble because the booking was done thru Hotels.com.

Nice hotel, great location

Nice-sized room, lovely kitchenette area with dishwasher. Complimentary happy hour and treats in the lobby. Wish the beds were not so low to the ground and that the lights on the fire alarm, microwave, and TV were not so bright at night.

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s in walkable distance from restaurants in Dupont Circle and also Founding Farmers which served a delicious breakfast. Only a block and a half from the metro station. Staff was super friendly and the daily wine happy hour was a nice bonus! Thanks and we’ll be back.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They cleaned the room every day. The kitchen was so convenient. Our air conditioner did not seem to work but we didn't need it very much. There was always lemonade and popcorn in the lobby. It was nice to enjoy after walking all over the capital area.

Room was awesome, elegant with a mini kitchen with microwave, cook top, and fridge. It was about a mile from the Mall, walkable for most people. The fitness room had plenty of equipment, but didn’t seem to have good air conditioning, I couldn’t turn down the temp, so it was a pretty warm workout. Overall a great experience!
