We wouldn’t have been so disappointed, but I was the first to reserve from all the family members coming in from so many states and I reserved a regular key suite and they put me in a handicapped room. There was absolutely no room in the bathroom to put any of our stuff. It was very disappointing. The staff was extremely friendly so I hated to ask them to switch on all my family members were coming in I didn’t want to inconvenience them.

Everyone we we spoke to was very friendly. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and the shower hot and powerful. We enjoyed the pool! The breakfast offerings were light but delicious.

My daughter and I went for a wine trip weekend and found this hotel. We were greeeted every time we came and went. Very helpful staff. Room was clean and up to date. Beds were very comfortable. Fridge and microwave in room. Great breakfast-loved the waffles!

Room and staff were great

The staff, lobby and room were all excellent. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the breakfast. Poor selection, only thing that was warm was some very unappetizing looking sausage links. The coffee was lukewarm. No fresh pastries. Believe it when they say limited light breakfast.

Locked out

It was a good stay, however check out was at 11 and went to the pool with the kids before leaving and we got locked out of the room. The key card no longer worked and the housekeepers key didn’t work. Other than that it was a good experience

Overall a great stay

The hotel was very clean and the housekeeping staff were so NICE and accommodating, always asking if I needed anything. However, the front office staff did their jobs but were not friendly or welcoming. It didn't bother me but I was surprised by their lack in this area. I also appreciated the pet friendly offering. My suggestion for this area would be to include poop bags and trash cans around the building. I carry my own bags and am willing to walk to a trash receptacle but some people may not.
