Property location, room condition, facilities anvailable and breakfast restaurant excellent. Check in staff Saturday afternoon was not friendly and borderline rude at front desk. There were no other guests checking in and three open areas to check in. The first two men ignored me while I stood in front of them. They were talking to each other. The third man was cold in his tone and demeanor. Was surprised by this “greeting”. Checkout staff, restaurant staff and valet staff all excellent.

Fede Sarabia provides 5-star customer service. He is friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and accommodating with questions a first-time visitor to DC might have. The location is convenient, close to restaurants, cafes, banks, and public transportation (although a little bit confusing) I would recommend Capital Hilton and experience the hospitality staff has generously provided.

I spent one night at the Capital Hilton in DC on a quick business trip. It’s a very well-run business hotel in a convenient location in downtown Washington. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable, but Theresa Thomas, at the font desk provided superb service. I highly recommend this property.

While the room was clean, a “non-smoking” room had a faint smell of someone smoking in there. Air conditioning was hit and miss - sometimes too cold, sometimes too warm.
